Any member of the media or the public who wishes to hear/observe a remote proceeding may email their request to the Court in advance of the hearing. The person requesting access should provide their name, the hearing they wish to hear/observe, and their contact information. Every effort will be made to provide the requestor with information on how they may hear/observe the proceeding.

Drug Court

The Intensive Probation Drug Court is a probation program of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District dedicated to the intervention, treatment and recovery of non-violent offenders.

The Drug Court is a voluntary, deferred sentence program with a committed team approach. The team is comprised of drug court judges, prosecutors. defense counsel, probation officers, treatment professionals and administrative personnel. The goal of the team is to work cooperatively to ensure offenders the opportunity to become productive members of the community through sober and responsible living: thereby, avoiding incarceration, enhancing public safety and reducing recidivism.

Achievement of this goal has been shown to result in substantial savings both in terms of money and lives saved.

Intensive Probation Services

The Intensive Probation Services Program is a court services program of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District dedicated to protecting the community by holding offenders accountable through a comprehensive case management approach. This supervision ensures compliance with all conditions of probation as imposed by the court, and encourages them to continue using these responsible living skills after they have completed the IPS program.

The DWI Treatment Court program is a court supervised, intensive treatment concept available only to the non-violent offender.  The program is a voluntary intensive program which requires a total commitment from every participant.
